Eat more protein to lose fat faster
Increasing your daily intake of protein doesn’t just build muscle faster, it can also get you leaner. That’s because a product of digested protein called phenylalanine triggers the release of a hormone called GLP-1, which is responsible for letting us know when we’re full and need no more food, according to research from Imperial College London.
